About Your Hosts

We're Kali and Lance— a 30-something married couple and proud natives of Hot Springs National Park, Arkansas!

We’ve been hosting for nearly nine years at The Paddock Hot Springs. In 2021, Kali’s parents purchased The Woodlawn Tudor + Guest Cottage to join in on the fun. What followed was a true family collaboration: from design to construction to photography (Kali’s sister photographs our properties!). Together, we brought this stunning 1940s Tudor back to life, and it has become one of the most rewarding experiences of our adult lives.

When we’re not hosting, you can find us at the horse races at Oaklawn, hiking the area’s beautiful trails, or playing tourist in our vibrant downtown. Through our passion for hospitality, we hope to welcome you and yours to our little slice of history in the hometown we love.
